We used this to carry a little extra for road trips. Makes a great spot for bulky items like coolers and camp chairs, leaving room in our vehicle for other things.
It can be installed with either a smooth or threaded (included) hitch pin. The threaded one keeps it sturdy and doesn't sway.
Also included is the adapter for 2" receiver. You can also have the ball hitch if you want it.
