VenmoMany few week-month old Golden mystery snails at the moment. I included a picture of the mama to show how great these guys and gals will look! Currently the size of a pea but will grow to be a little smaller than a golf ball. Should reach 1.5-2 inches within 6 months of purchase.
I tend to struggle keeping these guys alive when bought from pet stores as they struggle to adapt to new water conditions on occasion. These are born in Utah tap water so that issue should run a lot less allowing you provide a stable food/ calcium source (eggshell / cuttlebone)
As these are still small, I recommend adding them to a tank that will allow them to grow to their mature size without interference from large fish that may eat them.
Mystery snails lay their eggs above the surface and thus hatch in the air and climb down into the water, where they remain fully aquatic for the rest of their lives. With this, it makes it very easy to maintain populations as the egg cases are quite large and noticeable. If you do not wish to keep the egg cases that these snails lay, I recommend smashing them or handing them to a fellow hobbyist. I always am happy to take them back as well :)

Wanting to try hatching your own but don’t want to wait for an egg clutch to appear? Inquire on availability for egg clutches and I’d be happy to spare what I can. I’ll also teach my methods on best success raising these guys.
$20 per clutch (should produce 50-200 snails)
