35.5 foot 5th wheel toy hauler (Measured from rear to kingpin. From rear to front of trailer is about 40'5" or so.) Has 5 brand new tires (Sailun) from Big O Tires. Top quality trailer tires. Both axles completely rebuilt with new backing plates, brakes, bearings, and seals. All new springs and suspension rockers.. (Previous owner hadn't maintained or greased any fittings. They were bone dry and damaged) Less than 100 miles on the new ones.. Separate toy garage is 10 feet long. I get my 10'4" Turbo RZR inside by backing in with rear tires up on auto ramps. With RZR engine weight near axles, it tows very well with minimal "hop". Awning is in great shape, too. Has a screen that zips onto the awning, and nearly touches the ground for providing shade to your outdoor "patio". Also has a screen that pulls down in the garage, to "replace" loading ramp when ramp is down. (Air circulation in garage) Onan on-board generator and 2 fuel tanks for toys and generator.
