Sale Description ONSITE Liquidations Auction Complete Cabinet Shop, BTEAM 5-23-2026, 10AM Cabinet Sets Tools, Counters EVERY thing Must GO!!! Please be aware most items will require some disassembly and lifting, most every thing is on the ground floor and there is an overhead door to load most tools and cabinetry out of. Shelving buyers will have to wait until last pick up day to remove shelves. This type of pick up & clean out can be chaotic at times and you may have to wait to maneuver a vehicle in or take out items. Please be courteous. Please do not block other units bay doors. Most all shelving units will need to wait until last pick up day to be removed. **ALL items in a LOT must be taken, if you leave behind items that you bought we will charge a $50 disposal fee per item!!! NO EXCEPTIONS. **

**Most display cabinet sets will require the buyer to disassemble and move on your own! Some of the marble and granite tops are very heavy, bring your own loading help as well as carts and dolly's. IF you buy the pallet racking you may have to wait to last day of pick up to remove. **

the times we have for pick up we will not be available for pick-ups once these times expire. DO NOT bid if you cannot commit to a pickup time.
Items begin closing at 10:00 am Thursday May 21st, 2026. Auction pick-up times **Friday May 22nd 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Saturday May 23rd 10:00 am to 3:00 pm and Sunday May 24th, noon to 3pm and Monday May 25th by appointment only. All purchases will need to be picked up Sunday by 3:00pm or will be forfeit and buyers will be charged a disposal fee,

All items are at exact address will be posted morning sale closes. (Salt Lake City, Utah 4000 W 2000 S) All items will be in the Building. We will have limited loading
help, but if you buy furniture please bring your own help some of the pieces will require 2 or more people as well as some disassembly. Some items are in the mezzanine or on top of pallet racks, you will need to come into the building to carry out cabinets larger tools, shelving lumber and racking. or appliances. Please do not come to the property outside of the above posted times. Address will be released the morning of the auction closing.
