This trailer will keep you very comfortable in all types of weather: heater and fireplace for the colder months and two A/C units with a ceiling fan and a max-air vent for the warmer months. Additional comforts in the trailer are two bedrooms (primary and bunk room/office), a living room, kitchen with a French door fridge/freezer and a comfortable bathroom. With four power slideouts and the auto leveling system, you will quickly and easily be level and have room to stretch out. The awning helps keep the sun off the trailer and offers you a place to enjoy the outdoors in the shade. The camper also has the winter package which allows you to use the trailer with running water in cold weather.

My parents are the second owners of this camp trailer. Overall, the trailer is in good condition. They kept it covered when not in use and it tows very well. They are looking to sell as they are entering the phase of life where they want to be home.
