Enjoy a rainbow of colors every time you open up your egg carton. Our hens have the opportunity to free-range on open pasture, allowing them to forage to their hearts content. Free ranging provides nutrition and taste that is far superior to store bought eggs, not to mention a higher quality of life for the hens. They also live with the protection of a rooster, giving them a feeling of safety and peace of mind. Less stress = better egg quality.
Eggs will come to you unwashed to protect the natural "bloom"—a natural protective layer that seals the pores of the shell and prevents bacteria from entering. This helps the eggs stay fresh for much longer than washed eggs. We also refrigerate our eggs on collection to further maximize freshness. Just gently wash the eggs with warm water right before you want to use them.
