I have an older (24) kid horse for sale. She is an apron faced bay and has carried lots of kids through the years. I believe she still has a number of years a head of her. She is the boss in my herd and she still loves to start a run when they're feeling good. She does all the normal stuff you'd expect: stands tied, loads, no problems picking up feet for a trim (she has great feet and has always been rode barefoot). Her fault is that she doesn't like to be caught, but I've learned how to do it and can pass that along. She knows hobbles. She's pushed and gathered cows with both young kids and teenagers on her. She's had ropes swung off her. She been on elk hunts and ran buffalo, too. She's carried lots of different kids into some rough backcountry without a care. She's pony sized; under 14HH. Asking $3,000 OBO. Calls prefered.
