Picked up king in a rescue situation. He's gained some weight but needs more. Super gentle and kind. My 9yr old has handled him a bunch and ridden him around the corral. We've trail ridden him a few times and he's done good. A little too much go for our guest riding program. Nice gate and fast walk, good hard feet. No maintenance needed other than weight gain. Haven't tried him out by himself, so could be a little buddy sour. Was told he's in his 20s, but besides needing weight, you wouldn't know he's older. Kept up and would have left the younger horses in the dust.
