I've got a 17yr old Gelding, 15h tall. knows the basics. No papers on him, and not registered. He'd probably work well for someone wanting to joy ride or do some 4h or riding club. He's barefoot and we use boots for trail rides. He does better in the arena vs trails, but if the trails are fairly flat he does well, he doesn't seem to like climbing big hills and will try to turn back or resist going forward which is why we are selling him because we are located at the base of a mountain and all we have are hills and hills galore, theres no avoiding hills where we ride. UPDATE:: he's so hit and miss, we just used him for a 2 hour trail ride last night on june 19th up the same mountainous hills we always use and he did great, no resisting. So I don't understand why he's great sometimes and then other times resists wanting to go, our theory is that he likes men because everytime our guy friend rides him he does great and does everything asked of him, will lead out, or follow, or go off on his own away from the others when asked etc... but anyways, come test ride him, I've got videos of him so just ask. Text only
