this is an awesome, warm sounding instrument, very good action, very easy to play and easy on the ears. Sounds like a vintage instrument and that’s the Eastman quality that just keeps turning it up these days. I need to part on account finances and thin some of the herd. It has some normal “light” wear around sound hole and a knick or two on back..priced for it’s condition and light used quality
