Kid is a big strong half draft 12-year-old gelding. He is an excellent mountain horse. He was a sheep herding horse for a few years before we got him. He goes through anything you ask him to. He'll be the lead horse, middle horse or back horse on the trail. He goes by himself. We have used him to help train our colts. No buck, kick, or bite. He can be quirky on the ground so recommend someone with some experience but anybody can ride him.
