2010 lance travel trailer 1881 I am letting this trailer go just because my kids can’t sleep on the dinette table anymore, they got too big.. I need a bigger trailer for us all. This trailer is outfitted with 5 battle born batteries, a lithium converter, a 3,000 watt inverter, 165 watt solar panel, a lithium battery charger, 30amp zamp solar charge controller, the roof has been replaced within the last 3 years. I do work on travel trailers and motorhomes for a living. The only known issue i know of right now is the passenger rear tire slowly loses air. As far as cosmetics go, the front cap driver top corner had water damage but it has been corrected but it is visually seen, the passenger rear awning area has some delamination which there is no water leak now, the stovetop vent previously leaked but no longer leaks,

New 7gallon propane tanks, 3500 watt generator and all wires included. This unit is solid. I do have extra parts inside. For just in case. Everything is working. A/C, furnace, water heater, fridge. Title in hand and ready to go. Whoever buys this unit, I will personally walk you through everything. This unit does have a battery shunt. It will monitor the batteries and tell you how much charge is left before the batteries are depleted. I will teach the new owner
