We are unable to use it because we cannot attach it to our home's French Drain System.
Purchase price was $88 + tax = $94. This normally sells for $155 but is subsidized thanks to a grant administered by the Utah River Council. There is a waitlist for these rain barrels, as they blend well and are not tacky.
