Up for grabs is my Trek XCaliber 7 hardtail mountain bike — a seriously capable trail machine that punches well above its price point. Built around Trek's durable Alpha Silver aluminum frame with a 120mm RockShox Judy fork up front, this bike eats up singletrack and handles everything from smooth gravel to technical trail riding with confidence.

Shifting is handled by a Shimano Deore 1×11 drivetrain — crisp, reliable, and incredibly easy to maintain. The 29" wheels roll over obstacles effortlessly, and the hydraulic disc brakes provide consistent stopping power in any weather. Tires have solid tread left, chain is freshly lubed.

This bike has been well cared for, stored indoors, and ridden recreationally — never raced or abused. A few minor cosmetic scuffs on the downtube from trail use, but mechanically everything is spot-on. Rear tire 1/2 life. Front tire 3/4 life. Bike pump included. No repairs needed — just hit the trail.
