I've had it for about four months, only selling it because I'm upgrading.
All original parts and instructions are included, stock 0.4mm nozzle, everything works like new. It also has auto leveling and auto calibration. Only wear is a few minor scratches (small enough that they shouldn't affect printing) in the very top left corner on one side of the PEI sheet (circled in last image), and the sheet is also reversible/double sided so you can use the other side as well.
It's a super great, very easy to use printer that I've never had any problems with.
