Pricing - Weekdays (Sun–Thu): $99/night

• Weekends (Fri–Sat): $125/night
• Holidays & peak dates: $145/night

Minimum stay - 2-night minimum on all bookings

• 3–4 night minimum on holidays & peak dates

Fees - Cleaning fee: $100 per booking (includes standard cleaning and waste dumping if tanks are returned reasonably empty; otherwise $50 dumping fee applies)

• Security deposit: $500 refundable (returned after inspection)

Trailer includes: - Full bathroom with shower & toilet

• Cold A/C and heater
• Stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator
• Sleeps 5–6 (bunk beds + dinette conversion)
• Plenty of interior and exterior storage
• Propane included

Fully stocked for camping: - Cooking essentials & utensils

• Camping chairs
• Extra sleeping bags
• Tree hammock
• Basic kitchen supplies so you can show up and go

Additional options: - Generator available: $40/day or $60 per weekend (fuel not included) for dry camping or campsites without hookups

• Delivery & pickup available for an additional fee (message for quote based on distance)

Towing Info - Can be towed with a half-ton truck (proper hitch required)
