I NEVER would’ve thought I’d ever list this mare..

This is Marylegs, a 9yo 12hh Haflinger cross. When I tell you she’s done everything, I mean it. Anything from poles/barrels to roping and jumping. This horse has NO vices.

She took me to Nationals in 2024-2025 in pole bending and runs consistent low 21’s in shape. She’s been hauled all over from Oklahoma to Nevada and Colorado and is the easiest keeper on the road. She’ll back herself in and out of the trailer, stands great for the farrier, and teaches my students how to ride.

She’s truly the definition of an all around pony and has carried everyone from little kids to competitive riders.

Pros: • Easy keeper (maybe a little too easy ) • Never been injected or lame in her life( even with regular 6 month lameness checkups) • Sweet with kids • Easy hauler • Barefoot • Great on trails • Does poles, barrels, goats, flags, jumping, roping… pretty much anything you can think of • Not buddy sour • Stands tied • Easy to catch • No buck/rear/bolt • Beginner horse but can also be a step up

Cons: • No papers • Can be skittish with plastic • Doesn’t love shots
