The space is an 12’3”X12’, It’s an executive office, which means it is full service. It includes everything except cleaning. This space has a large closet. There is a small brake area, conference rooms available, internet, power, water, gas all covered in the lease. Requires a minimum 3 month lease, then can go to Month to month, or longer term available. Shared waiting area, and kitchen. First months, and last months rent required on signing.
