I am subleasing my room in a 2-bedroom apartment for a male. You can have a cat, since I am already paying pet rent. The lease ends in August 31st and unfortunately is not up for renewal. The price includes everything. There is also a covered parking stall that you can use since my roommate doesn't have a car. I will remove all my belongings before you move in, unless there are any pieces of furniture you'd like to keep (especially the table, chairs, and sofa in the living room, I'm happy to leave those behind).
