I have 2 separate openers ($100 each) that I took down to replace. Installed late 2022, They work perfect. Just changed to a different model. Belt driven 1 1/4 hp, with backup battery so when the power goes out you can still get in and out. Have all the parts ( rail, belt, brackets, sensors, key pad, remotes) that were from the new ones with instructions and user manual. Reg. $250 at Home Depot.
