This is the left-side lever for Shimano’s Ultegra R8100-series 2x12-speed Di2 drivetrain. It is the rim-brake / mechanical brake-cable version, not the hydraulic disc version. I mistakenly bought the wrong one for my bike, so please don't make the same mistake I did and verify compatibility with your bike before purchasing.
