1yo Blue Heeler. From a red heeler and a blue heeler, have pictures of parents if interested. Up to date vaccinations and not neutered. I'm looking to rehome my Blue Heeler due to a recent change in circumstances. This is not a decision I take lightly, but I truly believe he would be happiest and thrive in a home with land or more space to run and work. He previously lived on acreage and has exposure to cattle, horses, chickens, and goats. He is very comfortable in a farm/ranch setting and would do especially well with someone who can give him a job or active lifestyle. He: • Does well with other active dogs but would recommend other heelers or be a single dog household • Is very smart and eager to learn • Thrives on routine and structure • Would benefit from continued training and is kennel trained He is a high-energy dog and would not be the best fit for townhome/apartment living unless someone is extremely active and experienced with working breeds. I want him to go to a home that understands Blue heelers as they are naturally suspicious, bossy, and “heel”.
