This is a PowerBlock SportBench Workout Bench V1.0

Here are the specs

• 5 position adjustable bench with adjustable seat
• 14 Ga. 2″ x 3″ powered coated steel tubing
• Contoured pad
• Dimensions in flat position – 16″ from pad to floor ; total length (flat position) is 50″ ; widest part (back leg) is 21″
• 550 lb weight capacity
• Bench positions – decline, flat, 30, 45, 60 degrees and also military position
• Built-in wheels and handle kit for easy storage
• Dimensions: 52.25″ L x 21.25″ W x 16.5″ H

It is a great bench that is still in perfect condition and almost never used. I got it from someone who, due to health issues stopped being able to workout shortly after he got the bench. I have a differnet bench already and don't need this one. It is very comfortable and solid. Sold new for $400 but they have a V2.0 so this one is no longer available new.
