VenmoOpen to offers 89 Pace Arrow by Fleetwood 38 foot model J motorhome. for best offer. Chevy 454 Engine and transmission are in great shape but will need the carburetor cleaned to be drivable. We got this 6 ish years ago and never did anything with it. Drove it where it sits and used it as a storage shed for our eBay store. We are tired of looking at it and the city wants it out of here. Tires are in good shape and has been up on the hydraulic jack's the whole time we've had it. Has a washer/dryer, large bathroom, nice Onan generator, 2 big a/c units, and overall in decent shape. The sub floors are in good condition with no soft spots. There has been a roof leak in the back bedroom that will need to be repaired. We are not going to part out so don't ask.
