Several options with this unit - it can be a walking pad that fits under a desk, a regular treadmill with support arms and/or a table for laptop/tablet. Everything that came with it is here. Manual, remote etc. Several exercise programs are available or you can make your own via the app that comes with it. It also has incline capability.
