While many units face South, the North Side is a "hidden gem" in June. It stays significantly cooler during the sunny afternoons, offering a refreshing retreat after a day of hiking or riding the mountain coaster.

Listing Details:

• Dates: Saturday, June 13 – Saturday, June 20, 2026
• Unit: #826 (North Efficiency)
• Sleeps: up to 4 (Queen bed + Queen sofa sleeper)
• Full Kitchen: Oven/range, microwave, full-size fridge, and dishwasher—perfect for saving money on meals.

The "Iron Blosam" Experience:

• Pool & Spa: Full access to the famous outdoor heated pool, the massive indoor hot tub, and the fitness center/sauna.
• Peak Summer: This week is prime time for Snowbird’s summer activities (Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster, and the Aerial Tram) and wildflower hiking.
• Cool & Quiet: The North-facing balcony offers a peaceful view of Mt. Superior and keeps the room temperature comfortable without needing to blast the AC.

Peace of Mind:

Once we’ve signed the agreement and payment is made, I will call the Iron Blosam desk to update the reservation. I will ask them to send an official confirmation email directly to you. If, for some reason, they only send it to me, I’ll forward the official resort email to you immediately, so you have it for your records and check-in.
