CONDITION:

This camper has been very well cared for. Roof is sealed, there are NO leaks, water damage, soft spots, or signs of previous leaks anywhere. Very clean inside and solid throughout.

Only cosmetic flaw is the original decals are peeling/cracking from age and sun exposure (common on older campers), but it does not affect functionality whatsoever.
