Here i have a used turbo and actuator it came off of an isx 15 2250. It would need to be rebuilt. Turbo side and actuator is good, exhaust housing cracked, I had it welded and it did the job, but does still have a little exhaust leak. Fins inside turbo spin smoothly, actuator arm is stiff. It'll get you through in a pinch, but would recommendation rebuilding it. Asking $1500
