This is an ideal office space for someone who does similar work to I and my collegues.
For reference, I am a licasensed massage therapist, and so is the lady in the room next to mine as well as an eastatician. We also have a clinical mental health counselor in our space as well.
The space is 13' x 19'
Big open room with lots of natural sunlight and blackout curtain if you want them, good climate control and natural warm cieling lights. It includes a shared lobby that is furnished and google fiber internet. There is disabled parking and the building is wheelchair accessible. There are 2 sinks within 25 feet of the office you would be renting out which is a requirement of the health department for massage therapist, and I imagine eastaticians, and barbers, etc... but I dont know for sure.
We would love to find another LMT or CMHC or LCSW, something similar, but other professionals who do quiet work are more than welcome as well (maybe an accountant or lawyer come to mind).
It is a room big enough for a table to host meetings.
