The setup is cohesive, guest-ready, and currently staged/operating as an STR.

At this stage we’re mainly gauging interest and connecting with potential buyers/operators ahead of time. Preferably looking for someone interested in purchasing a large portion of the setup together rather than piecing everything out individually.
