Great layout for this size trailer. Has separate couch that folds down to a bed and kitchenette that makes into a bed. Main bed is in the rear with full size rest room. Also has large storage areas under the bed accessible from rear of trailer, front storage that goes all the way across front, separate side storage which also provides access to water pump and water filter. Water heater has bypass for easy winterizing. I just un-winterized trailer and everything fired up perfectly. Water heater, fridge, A/C furnace, microwave all work like new. Tires and batteries are 4 years old and have also tested good. I have had this trailer for approximately 15 years and it has been stored inside during the winters most of its life.
