We are selling our amazing single family owned 46x15 widebody houseboat, moored full time in a transferrable slip, I-54, at Wahweap Marina, Lake Powell. Currently the slip is $675 a month. This Myacht is 100% aluminum making it ideal for those not wanting to deal with steel pontoons. It was refitted in 2012 with twin 60 hp fuel injected Mercruiser engines. In 2014, the boat was pulled from the rental fleet for an interior remodel and never completed. We purchased the boat in 2016, and personally piloted it downstream from Bullfrog, and have slowly brought this project to its current condition.
The engines run great. They were last started in December, 2025.
The bimini canvas and new rail skirts are in the storage bins on the roof.
We use this as a floating condo. We are in the second to last slip from the outside, giving peace and quiet away from the main dock. The slip is 18’ wide, and with the fingers we have 25’ of tie up space on the stern, adequate for most surf boats.
KSL Classifieds makes it easy to buy and sell with peace of mind. Check our safety tips and quickly report anything that doesn’t look right to keep your experience smooth and secure.
