SpiritQuest is in a wetslip on the F dock at Wahweap Marina, directly across the main dock from Pier One Eleven. F dock is double wide and close to the Marina store and Latitude restaurant.

4 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms. On-demand U/V water purification-filtration system. Central A/C. Twin 4.3 liter Mercruiser motors with Bravo II outdrives. 20kw Westerbeke gas generator. 672 gallons of fuel with toy tank pump on rear deck. 2 jet ski ramps/winches on rear deck. All service and maintenace is up to date. New transoms and one new outdrive in 2026. All the usual amenities for a Sumerset houseboat.

Great ownership group of which I have been a part since the boat was new. 13 shares are authorized in the AZ LLC. Currently there are 11 shares outstanding.
