Deer, Moose, and other wildlife are near. Goose Lake is stocked with fish each year and is a popular area for both summer and winter fishing. Closest neighbors are about 1/2 mile away, with the next closest being 1.25 miles away. Farm is surrounded by farmland and the lake across the road.
