We’ve outgrown this fun, well kept camper. Stored indoors up until the last 4 years, but covered. We are the third owners. Electrical, furnace, water heater in working order. This Jayce has a one piece shell for the roof, no leaks. New tires. Dual propane tanks. All interior lights replaced LED for low current consumption. Interior is excellent condition with removable custom cut/bound carpet, one king size bed, and one queen, two dine at tables with seating that convert to sleeping areas (sleeps 6). Has frig, sink, 3 burner stove (indoor/outdoor). Tall storage cabinet. Outside awning with screened in porch attachment, and a heated shower hose (with shower tent). One of the plastic windows has a partial tear along one edge inside by the zipper, but the screen is fine. Includes lots of extras: Porta, potty, storage cover, mini solar panel, outside carpet, extra folding table and Coleman generator (Subaru motor)
