Hello! Listing a great condition tent with some upgrades like professionally sewn in stove jack so tent can be used for hot tent. Added stake loops professionally sewn to tent, also replaced stake loops to more of a burley shock cord to prevent distortion when using the canopy and for more rugged anchoring. Tent can handle more winter weather now better than original design. Awesome tent for someone that wants to get out winter camping or very well can be used for a family tent. Only have used tent a couple of times. It’s in like new excellent shape, clean and ready to use a stored indoors in a climate control closet in a non-smoking home.
