ZelleCapacitor Leakage Tester-I built this myself using Amateur Wireless Association's design and printed circuit board. It is new and works great. It requires two multimeters; one to monitor the applied test voltage (supplied by the internal DC adjustable power supply up to approximately 725 VDC), and a second one to measure the capacitor leakage current of the capacitor under test. It has special safety features to protect the user when the switch is moved to the "Discharge" position. This removes the DC voltage from the recessed test points. It is fused, has an illuminated power switch and has a 3-conductor grounded power cord for additional safety.
