We are the second owners. We bought it in 2018 and have kept it garaged the entire time we’ve owned it (it was not garaged prior to that). It fits in a tandem garage. We put new tires on in 2018 and they have about 4,000 miles on them. They are in great shape because they’ve been kept out of the sun. We have rotated the tires and repacked the bearings every 2,000 miles or so. The batteries are a year old and have been kept on a tender.
The trailer is in really good condition inside. There are no rips, tears or stains in the tent fabric, any of the upholstery, or the linoleum. The floor and roof are solid. There have never been any leaks. There are a few very minor scuffs inside from normal wear and tear that were present when we purchased it. The original owners winterized the trailer every year. Since our garage is 40 degrees throughout the winter we have not had to, but we have always put the trailer away clean and empty of any water. There have been no leaks or problems with the plumbing.
