1983 Coleman Williamsburg, pop- up tent trailer
$1000 obo
My family purchased this new in 1983 and has served as well for many many years. Including just this weekend.
All the lights and furnace work. It is a warm comfy place to sleep. I haven’t put water in it for a very long time. So I wouldn’t count on it working, It still has a sink and a water heater. My plan was to take out the water system for more storage, but I never got around to it.
The duct tape on the driver side was added 15+ years ago to help keep dust out when we went down dirt roads. It is still sticking strong, so I have not bothered to remove it.
There is a receiver hitch on the back we added to hold a bike rack. And tows very well and all of the lights and trailer brakes work.
It has been stored inside most of its life except for the last few years. We added the camera/vinyl cover over the roof around 2012 because we were worried it was going to start leaking. Most of the snaps that hold it in place have broken.
It runs off two 6 V deep cycle batteries, it will hold two propane tanks, as well as a spot for an extra battery. It has a power converter you can use to plug it in.
This camp trailer has served is very well and I hate to see it go. But I don’t have the space for it anymore. It still has life left in it, especially with some TLC. It’s a great candidate for restoration or a vintage camping experience.
Thank you for looking.
