Drexel Heritage brand sofa in duke tan leather. 100% genuine nubuck leather, not PU or fake leather. Metal tacking.

Nubuck is a top-grain cattle hide leather that has been sanded or buffed on the outer (grain) side to create a soft, velvety, matte surface. It is highly durable and strong, offering a "suede-like" feel while retaining the structural integrity of top-grain leather.

Seat and back cushion fill is 80% polyurethane, 20% down feathers. Cushions attach with clips/zip. Superficial scratches as normal wear/tear, see photos/video.

Sofa has been cleaned w/ nubuck leather cloth, under-cushion areas have been vacuumed.

Usage: meticulously cared for in climate-controlled storage or on display in a sitting room; used for 4 yrs as a sofa. Getting rid of because we got a sectional.

Non-smoking home. Pick-up only. Garage level location for EZ loading. Feet unscrew.
