This 5th Wheel has always been stored indoors. It has an all weather package insulation. Masterbedroom and a fulll size shower and bathroom. Toy hauler in back can hold two four wheelers. Has water hookup for a washer and dryer in the toy hauler portion. Door opens in the back and has a screen for a patio minus the bugs. Beautiful fireplace in living room for heat or just visual enjoyment. We are the sons owners as first owners only had a short period of time. We have loved it but we are downsizing.
