Some new structure/subfloor where it was needed, new plumbing, new electrical, new on-demand hot water heater, propane wall heater, and newly resurfaced roof. Fits an XL twin, possibly a double mattress. Has a half bath (could add a shower in where the closet is). Dinette area. Original light fixtures over the counter do not work, but are there for decor purposes. Everything on the inside is brand new except for the bathroom sink/vanity is original vintage
