19 foot camp trailer, 16 years old. Used hundreds of nights over the years. Affordable trailer camping! Lots of storage through out unit. Most everything works: fridge/freezer, stove/oven, heater, microwave, air conditioner, water pump, stereo-system, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector... all work. Newer batteries, tires in good shape, stablizing jacks and tongue-jack all work. External propane access for accessories like grills, stoves, Blackstone, etc. Some issues like bathroom vent needs repair, toilet needs repair, kitchen drawer needs repair, awning no longer available but could be replaced with new of desired. Some water damage in confined area. External shower needs new shower head. Mattress not included; it's purpose designed for a person with back issues.
