VenmoWe have a 1998 Fleetwood Coleman utah pop up tent trailer for sale, in fair - good used condition. I got new tires for it last summer. We are asking $2500 OBO. Has 2 king sized beds, a dining table with bed, and a bench bed. Also has a small floor AC unit, toilet, utility trunk, sink, and other extras. It feels super spacious inside with the slide out. We have had a bunch of good memories with my 5 kids over the last 10 or so years, but we just upgraded to a large travel trailer and need to downsize toys. I have a sway bar hitch for it. Power works when plugged into generator or outlet, but I never fixed the battery issue (could be something super simple with wiring but I never got around to it). Gas works (but you will need a tank). The only main issue is the fresh water tank drain was broken off and so it will either need to be replaced by some heavy duty glue / epoxy method, or you will need a new tank if you'd like fresh water. This broke off (the one time I lent it to my brother in law 🤦️) about 5 years ago and we never really cared to fix it. It was easy enough for us to take 2 - 3 five gallon water jugs, and that is what we used since then. I included the pictures of the tank as discussed above. The tent canvas / roof have never given us any troubles / no leaks. This is a no smoking / non pet trailer, and we have taken good care of it for the most part (as far as we are concerned) We are sad to see this go, but its time to let someone else make some memories with it.
