Frosty is looking for a new home with an experienced rider/trainer that can give him a tune up. He was supposedly ridden by a little girl, before getting passed of to another family that didn't ride him. I aquired him on a trade, and he isn't the right horse for me. He has some quirks that he needs help overcoming. He can be really sweet and responsive. I just don't have the time to put into him. I didn't realize he was going to be a project.
