This nice and clean camper trailer is in very good to excellent condition. I purchased this trailer about 4 years ago and it has been an amazing camper. Unfortunately, I have to retire from camping because of some recent health issues. The size is perfect for a couple. The bed is a walk-around, which makes it much easier to make and get in and out. The original size of the bed was a bit short for me. I am 6' 1", so I built an extension so that I could put in a new standard full size mattress with a memory foam topper, very comfortable. The dining table also converts to a bed. I had a 200 watt solar panel installed on the roof which keeps the newer batteries charged up. Everything works on this trailer except for the built-in DVD player. I think there is a disk stuck in it. I just watched videos from my laptop so it was no big deal for me. Tires are in good shape. It tows very nicely. A/C and furnace work great. The awning is original but has no holes or tears. The axles have been flipped to increase the ground clearance for rugged mountain roads. There is a receiver hitch mounted on the back bumper for attaching a bike or storage rack. It also includes the 2 & 5/16ths inch ball hitch and weight distribution bars. I have the electrical cord hooked up to my house so that I can demonstrate that everything does work. Why pay dealer mark ups when you can buy from the owner who has experience using the trailer. Priced to sell.
