Forest River Georgetown 378XL. This is the big boy with all the upgrades! It’s in great shape for its year. New rubberized roof, brand new full size fridge, front seats, and hide a bed so sleeps 4. This layout comes very spacious with 3 full slide outs, fireplace, full kitchen, separate bathroom and shower, queen bed with a spot to hook you a washer and dryer. Michelin tires are in amazing shape and look like new (told 3 years old) V10 with 67k Onan 5500 with 1200 hours. Minor wear on the inside but cleaner than anything out there for this year. The outside is in good shape with a brand new windshield. Minor scratches and one dent on the passenger back corner locker. The only other issue is cosmetic and it is due to a clear bra on the front that is dried out and cracking. So it looks bad up close. I’m sure you can get it removed easily. Title in hand.
