I'm selling my beautiful, low-mileage, 2011 Tiffin motorhome. This motorhome has everything you would expect from a premium manufacturer like Tiffin such as:

This motorhome is in excellent condition and has been well cared for. It has spent most of its life in a garage or covered parking. Since we relocated to Utah in 2024, it has been outside on our RV pad.

There is some minor damage to the bottom of the two basement doors just forward of the drivers-side rear wheels. I have no idea why the park service places boulders on the corners of their camp spaces, but lesson learned!

Also, the cab air-conditioner gave up last year. I haven't fixed it because it doesn't provide enough cooling for the coach while driving. We always run the generator and the rooftop AC units on hot traveling days.

I am the second owner and have owned this unit since 2018. It's been serviced every year and had the transmission oil changed at 30K miles. I've replaced the awning motor, the step motor, and had the rear engine seal replaced.

I installed a panhard bar on the rear axle in 2019. It makes a huge difference in handling. The coach is now very stable in windy conditions and hardly moves at all when passed by a semi.
