Selling my 2-year-old longhorn steer, “Freckles.” I picked him out for his calm, easygoing temperament, and he’s lived up to that—he’s always been a gentleman to have around.

He’s mostly been a pasture ornament here. I originally planned to spend more time working with him (possibly even training him to ride), but just haven’t had the time.

• Comes to grain and a whistle
• 50" horns
• Healthy and hardy

He’s been on good grass hay all winter and fresh pasture the past couple weeks.

• A great pasture addition
• A project for someone wanting to work with a gentle steer
• Or a solid candidate to finish out
