Starting with the headliners. Three fully built commander decks with dragon shield sleeves, really nice deck boxes (complimentary, not pricing the extras in).

Dragon Tribal Commander Deck. (decklist: https://manabox.app/decks/0y-m8e9ySYWU_VJpTdVksg) I built this thing from the ground up and it absolutely rips. Has pretty much anything and everything you'd want in an Ur Dragon deck. Lots of valuable cards. Not reflected in that price is that I've also been trying to make it the most beautiful deck I can. Awesome lands, no duplicate arts, foils, borderless, etc. Also also, it's so much fun to play. Market value sitting around $603. At 70% value that puts it at $422.

Eldrazi Cascade. (decklist: https://manabox.app/decks/eo8y1zh1QJSSpOTGHLT14A) This one started as a Precon Masters set. You can't even find this masters set anymore I don't think and aftermarket it sits around $200 (https://www.mtggoldfish.com/deck/6009772#paper). Mine has all the original cards + I went crazy adding in higher powered eldrazi to make it even more fun. When this deck ramps, watch out becuase your friends are about to have a very bad time. Market value is $321. At 70% value that puts this deck at $224.

Aristocrats. (decklist: https://manabox.app/decks/nPLAusjJQE-UIwC7I_Ow8A) This is one of the more creative decks I've ever built/played. If you love killing your own creatures to cheat in MASSIVE spells, this deck is a blast. I think I played 7 turns in a row one time haha. Built on a precon, but added a lot of value in super high powered blue spells. Market = $157. 70% value at $110.
The remaining cards/set:
So I've seen bad lot sales before where it's a mystery and like 50% of them are the same card/just absolute chaff. I've bought all of these packs/sets and have removed/sold nothing out of them. All the mythics/rares/foils I pulled from the packs are sitting in these boxes with anything valuable sleeved. I don't have the time nor mental fortitude to go sort it all out and put a price on it. There are some chase cards in here when I pulled them, I do know that for sure. **
Hard to value it, but I'm pricing it at $150 with a solid hunch this is super low.
